Carmel Kayoumi Shiraz (750ml)
The grapes were harvested at night and processed at the Kayoumi Winery, located in close proximity to the vineyard. Following fermentation and maceration with the grape skins to give an elegant flavor-filled structure, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 15 months. The wine displays a deep purplish hue and lingering finish of ripe blackberry, grounded black pepper, smoked meat, and spices. The wine is full-bodied and fruity taste with a long and balanced finish.
