Clay-limestone soil with pebbles typical of Crozes-Hermitage soils. Cold pre-fermentation maceration (about 12 °) for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, maceration for 3 weeks with temperature controls. Malo-lactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then racked in stainless steel vats to keep the fruit.
