Jerusalem 4990 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
In the Hebrew year 4990, the Ramban was looking forward to leaving home in Spain and immigrating to Jerusalem. Forty years later he arrived and renewed Jewish community life. The wine industry was revived and became the basis for commercial production of wine in modern Israel.
This wine is characterized by remarkable flavors, aromas, and scents. The wine is produced under impeccable conditions taking special care, from the growing of the grapes to the last drop of your glass. The wine was grown in the Shiloh Valley at a height of 830m. The best quality grapes were picked before dawn. This unfiltered wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, which has given the wine a deep red hue, and a blackberry aroma.
