Shirah Power to the People is the flagship wine from Shirah Winery (the Weiss brothers), a Syrah-driven blend from the Thompson and Rolph vineyards in Santa Barbara County and Paso Robles, California. It's the wine that put Shirah on the map — first bottled in 2009 and now the winery's signature release each vintage.

Cherry red in color with flickers of maroon and purple, the nose opens with fresh peppercorn, blackberry jam, and floral lift, layered with mint, dried herbs, and a faint trace of wood and leather. On the palate it's full and fluid — concentrated dark berries and spice with a savory, earthy edge and a long, composed finish.
