Every order ships by UPS. At checkout you choose UPS Ground or Express Shipping (1 or 2 Business Days). Please allow up to a few days to process all orders.

Yes. An adult 21 years or older will have to present to accept the package. A signature and a valid ID will be required. (We can not waive this requirement. It is the law.)

The shipping courier will reattempt delivery the next day. After a few tries, the shipment is held at a facility and there will be an extra cost for re-delivery.

Sorry, we only deliver Monday through Thursday. Keep that in mind when checking out.

We cannot offer delivery to a P.O. Box under any circumstances.

Please contact us immediately. If the order is already processed, we can not guarantee that we will be able to change the address. Once the order has shipped, the shipping company will charge a fee to change the package address once it is already enroute.
