Clase Azul

Clase Azul is the bottle people recognize before they ever taste it. The Reposado arrives in a hand-painted ceramic decanter, each one finished by hand, and it has quietly become the gift bottle: the one that shows up at a chosson's tish, a vort, or a milestone birthday, and the one people keep on the shelf long after it is empty.

Inside is slow-cooked Weber blue agave from Jalisco. The Reposado rests eight months in oak and drinks creamy and round, all vanilla, caramel and baked apple, with almost no burn. The Plata skips the barrel entirely and shows you the agave itself, crisp and citrus-bright, which is why it makes a margarita taste like a completely different drink.
