Rollover To Zoom
Clase Azul Reposado is the bottle people recognize across a room: a hand-painted ceramic decanter from Jalisco, made by artisans in Santa María Canchésquié. Inside is slow-cooked Weber blue agave, rested eight months in oak, and it drinks as soft as the decanter looks.
Mood: generous, celebratory, unmistakable.
Tasting notes
Vanilla, cooked agave and a little toasted oak lift out of the glass. The texture is the whole story here: creamy and round, with caramel, baked apple and a touch of cinnamon. It finishes long, warm and sweet-edged, with almost no burn.
Food pairing
Serve it neat in a rocks glass and let it sit a minute. It is the bottle you bring to a chosson's tish or set out at a kiddush when the occasion deserves something people will remember, and it holds its own next to a steakhouse cut or a rich chocolate dessert.
