Why should I join the Wine Subsctiption Club?

The Kosher wine world is a big place and constantly growing. It’s is easy to get lost and stuck in a wine rut, without exploring all the options in front of you. Every month it’s like having your personal wine sommelier hand picking wines for your unique taste profile.

How can I update my billing or shipping address?

Log into your account and update your billing and shipping address. Please do so 14 days prior to the beginning of the month to ensure your order gets sent to the correct address and your charge goes through.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, an adult 21 or older will have to be present with a valid ID to accept the delivery. You may have the box shipped to your office, if that’s easier.

What do I get in my Monthly Subscription Box?

You will get 6 quality dry wine bottles picked by our experts, based on your unique profile. The bottle value will vary depending on the plan selected at checkout. You will be able to change your taste preferences at anytime.

I am going on vacation or getting too many boxes. Can I change the frequency?

Yes, you can. Log in to your account and choose how often you would like to receive your shipments. If you would like to skip a month, make sure to do so 14 days prior to the beginning of the month.

How do I cancel or change my wine subscription plan?

Log into your account and you will be able to modify your subscription plan and/or cancel it. All cancellations need to be done 14 days prior the beginning of the month, to ensure you don’t get charged and your order won't sent out.
