Teperberg Impression Chardonnay is a full-bodied dry white from the Judean Hills, mechanically harvested and gently pressed before a slow, cool fermentation, then matured in new French oak for 4–6 months without malolactic fermentation to keep it crisp and fresh.

A creamy Chardonnay with notes of ripe apple, sour cream, and lemon rind, layered with toasted nuts and vanilla-oak on the finish. Full bodied with an intense flavor and a fresh, powerful close — pairs beautifully with fried fish or chicken dishes.
