Rollover To Zoom
Teperberg Legacy Petit Verdot comes from a single vineyard in the Judean Hills, harvested from two carefully managed plots — one on chalky soil in the Ayalon Valley with cool, steady airflow, and one on restrictive rootstock in a favorable microclimate. Slow ripening, low yield, and meticulous canopy management concentrate the flavors, and the wine matures in oak barrels for 18 months.
Deep, dark, and mysterious in color, with a fragrance rich in black currant, plum, and chocolate, layered with hints of vanilla and subtle spice from the oak. Full-bodied with firm tannins and an almost chewy texture, finishing long and elegant. Pairs beautifully with grilled meats, rich stews, or strong cheeses.
