Teperberg Legacy Petite Sirah comes from a single vineyard in the Ayalon Valley, where a moderate climate and cooling airflow, plus meticulous canopy management, concentrate the fruit. The wine matures in barrels for 18 months and continues developing in bottle for another 10.

Deep red-violet in color with a strong, dominant presence, this wine balances black and ripe fruit — cherry, candied raspberry, and blackberry — with coffee, tobacco, caramel, and rich toasted oak. Soft, appealing, and long on the palate, with a rich, majestic, almost velvety texture. Pairs beautifully with grilled meats, stews, rich pasta sauces, aged cheeses, or dark chocolate.
