Rollover To Zoom
Flam Noble is the flagship Bordeaux-style red from the Flam family winery in Israel's Judean Hills — the barrel-selection cuvée that put Flam on the collector map. Newly kosher-certified, this is boutique Israeli wine at its most serious.
Mood: Flagship, collectible, boutique.
Sommelier's note
"The Flam brothers' flagship. Ripe fruit, oak spice, and a delicately perfumed nose. Elegant, structured, and long-aging. A serious Shabbos or milestone bottle."
Tasting notes
Deep ruby with aromas of ripe black fruit, oak spice, dried herb, and a light green pyrazine lift. The palate is bright and full-bodied, layered with black cherry, cassis, mocha, cedar, and firm elegant tannin. The finish is long, refined, and structured.
Food pairing
Prime rib, dry-aged steak, rack of lamb, wagyu brisket, aged hard cheeses. A cellar bottle for yom tov, a milestone Shabbos, or a wine-lover gift.
