Rollover To Zoom
Razi'el Rose is Domaine du Castel's traditional-method sparkling rose from Ramat Raziel, west of Jerusalem. A Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend fermented in French oak, aged sur lie for six months, and finished Brut Nature with zero dosage.
Mood: Refined. Elegant. Ceremonial.
Tasting notes
The nose lifts wild strawberry, red currant, and toasted brioche over a delicate mineral edge. The palate is medium-bodied and dry, with red-fruit weight, tart apple, and a creamy sur lie texture carried on fine, persistent bubbles. The finish is long, saline, and structured, with high refreshing acidity that keeps the last sip lifted.
Food pairing
Made for the finest Shabbos and Yom Tov toasts, kiddush, weddings, and simchas. Beautiful with grilled langoustine, sea bass, roast poultry, sushi, and creamy first courses.
