Vida is Del Maguey's entry into the single-village lineup, distilled by the Cristobal family in San Luis del Rio from wild-harvested Espadin agave. It is unaged and made for cocktails without losing the smoke and terroir of traditional Oaxacan mezcal.

Tasting notes

Roasted agave, wood smoke, and a bright citrus lift. Green pepper and mineral core wrapped in mesquite smoke, with hints of tropical fruit. Warm smoke that fades into a lingering herbal note.

Food pairing

The mezcal of choice for a Naked and Famous or a smoky margarita; sip neat alongside dark chocolate or salted orange.
