Tasting notes
Fresh red fruit, wet stone and a whisper of earth on the nose. Palate is light-bodied, low-acid and unusually soft. Finish is quick and clean with no sulfite bite.
Food pairing
Chilled with roast chicken, brisket, hard cheeses, or a mezze board. Also lovely with grilled vegetables and a summer dairy lunch.
