Lvov Spirytus is a Polish rectified grain spirit bottled at 192 proof — 96% alcohol by volume, one of the strongest commercially-available spirits in the world. It exists to be a workhorse: the pure, high-strength ethanol used to make homemade liqueurs, tinctures, herbal bitters, and vanilla extract.

Character
The nose is aggressive and clean — pure ethanol with a faint whisper of grain. Neat, the palate reads only as heat and burn; this is not a spirit to drink undiluted. Cut with water or fruit or spices, it becomes an efficient carrier for whatever flavor you're extracting.
How to Use
Infuse with citrus peel for homemade limoncello, steep with vanilla beans for extract, blend with herbs for bitters and tinctures. Always dilute before consuming — pure 192 proof is not for shots.
