Cassis, blackberry, wet stone, and a curl of pipe tobacco. Full-bodied and firm, with layered dark fruit, graphite minerality, and a solid tannic frame. Long, dry, and gently smoky — the volcanic signature lingers.

Built for slow-cooked brisket, grilled ribeye, or a rich Shabbos cholent. Also pairs beautifully with aged hard cheeses.
