Tasting notes
Cooked agave and vanilla lift off the glass, with soft caramel and a hint of white pepper. Round and slightly sweet mid-palate, with baked agave, oak, and a citrus edge. Warm, medium-length finish — clean oak and lingering agave sweetness.
Food pairing
A natural neat pour at the end of a steakhouse dinner. Mix it into a Tommy's Margarita or a fresh grapefruit paloma; anchor it with lime and Tajin-rimmed glasses at a Purim seudah or summer barbecue.
