Rollover To Zoom
The first liqueur distilled from all seven species of Eretz Yisrael — wheat, barley, grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives, and dates — blended into a single bottle by Righteous Road Craft Spirits of St. Louis. Winner of the 2019 SIP Awards Double Gold, it turned the Kabbalistic idea of the shivat haminim into an actual pour.
Mood: Sweet, fruity, meaningful.
“A shehakol l'chaim on Tu B'Shevat and a schnapps for every kiddush.”
Tasting Notes
Cherry preserves, chocolate bar, toasted coconut, and a whiff of dried fig — the pomegranate and date show through. Medium-sweet and rounded, with grape and fig leading and a soft grain backbone from the wheat and barley spirit underneath. Prunes, black forest cake, and a rooibos tea note that lingers longer than the sweetness.
Pairing
A Tu B'Shevat seder, a shivat haminim kiddush, or a lechaim after havdala. Also works after brisket or with dark chocolate babka.
