Rollover To Zoom
Shirah is the California project of the Weiss brothers, Shimon and Gabriel, who source small-lot fruit up and down the state. Vin de Brodeux is their Bordeaux-style blend, a serious non-mevushal red for the collector's shelf.
Mood: Structured, layered, boutique.
Tasting notes
Cassis, dark plum, cedar, and a whisper of graphite. Layered black fruit and cocoa framed by firm, focused tannin. Long, structured, and built to reward a few years of patience.
Food pairing
Uncork with a Yom Tov prime rib, aged rib steak, or a slow-braised short rib.
