Rollover To Zoom
Tin Cup is a marriage of high-rye straight bourbon and Colorado single malt, cut with Rocky Mountain water and finished in Colorado. Named for the miners' tin cup, it's the frontier pour with a spicier, brighter profile than most Kentucky whiskeys.
Mood: Spicy, bright, rugged.
Sommelier’s note
“High-rye pour with mountain attitude — clean grain core, rye pepper, and just enough oak to keep it civilized.”
Tasting notes
Rye spice, orange peel and a wisp of honey lift out of the glass. Peppery rye up front, dried apricot and a clean malt sweetness through the middle. Crisp, dry, and lightly spiced — the rye character stays with you.
Pairing
Sip neat by the fire, pour over one big rock, or pair with smoked pastrami, brisket, or spiced nuts.
