Tasting notes
Dark cherry, black currant, and vanilla lift out of the glass, with a touch of graphite and cedar. Full and rounded — blackberry and plum carry the middle, French oak adds vanilla and warm baking spice. Long and smooth, with dark fruit and soft tannin holding through.
Pairing
Made for the Shabbos brisket. Also beautiful with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, cholent, or a mushroom risotto.
