Chateau Sainte Marguerite is one of the eighteen Cru Classe estates of Provence, family-run by the Fayards and farmed 100% organic since 2003. The Cuvee Fantastique Red is a selection from the best plots - Grenache and Syrah - bottled in the estate's signature engraved bottle.
A Cru Classe Provencal red done kosher, organic and vegan - rare on all three counts.

Tasting notes
Deep ruby. The nose is blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry with delicate notes of spice, vanilla and Mediterranean herbs. Full-bodied, harmonious, with smooth tannins and a long, refined finish.
Food pairing
Roasted lamb, herbed beef tenderloin, duck breast, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses or any holiday main course.
