Chivas Regal Extra 13 Year is a blended Scotch whisky from Scotland finished in Oloroso sherry casks, layering the house Speyside-style fruit-and-honey character with raisin, dried-fig and dark spice from the sherry wood.
Sherry-cask Scotch — silk-and-fruit, not peat.

"Sherry-cask finishing is what gives this bottle its baking-spice depth — it's also exactly why kashrus authorities flag it. We list it because customers ask; we won't pretend it's kosher."
Tasting Notes
Honey, ripe orchard fruit, raisin, dried fig, baking spice, soft oak. Smooth, rounded body with a long, warm sherry-driven finish.
Serving
Neat in a Glencairn, or over a single large ice cube. Pairs in the spirit world with dark chocolate and rich desserts.
