Rollover To Zoom
Einat Winery's first single-varietal release — 100% Petit Verdot from hand-harvested vines at 850 meters in the Samaria mountains, eighteen months in French oak.
Petit Verdot, usually a blender. Here, it stands alone.
An exquisite spice profile — black pepper, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg — wrapped around dark fruit. Elegant, balanced, with serious tannin structure pointing toward seven to ten years of aging potential.
Tasting notes
Black pepper, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg layer over dark plum and blackberry. Tannins are firm and well-integrated; the finish is long and savory.
Food pairing
Standing rib roast, lamb shoulder, venison, or a slow-cooked cholent for Shabbos lunch.
