Tasting notes
Deep red forest fruit, jammy dried plums, lightly toasted wood, pepper and spice. Full-bodied with cranberry and plum, fine smoky oak, and ample tannins. Refreshingly dry with lingering plum and gentle wood spice.

Steaks, stews, or a juicy burger; also a strong match for pasta Bolognese and aged hard cheeses.
