Cherries, cassis, and plum on the palate, followed by vanilla, licorice and hints of spice and pepper round out this luscious full-bodied wine. The Shiloh Shor Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French oak barrels for 15 months adding to its complexity and offering rich tannins and a long finish.
