Tasting notes
Aromas of black currant, graphite, tobacco and cedar. The palate is full-bodied with dense black fruit, layered minerality and refined tannin. A very long, structured finish with classic French-oak signature.

Pairs with prime rib, rack of lamb, dry-aged steak, and the highest-end Shabbos meals.
