Tasting notes
Deep ruby of medium intensity. Generous red and black cherry, raspberry preserves, dried fig, with coffee and toasted oak from twelve months in new French barrels. Ripe, fine-grained tannins; long finish.

Cote de boeuf, slow-braised short ribs, lamb tagine with prunes, aged hard cheeses.
