Tasting Notes
Cooked agave, sweet caramel, vanilla, soft cinnamon, dried plum, a wisp of oak smoke. Smooth and silky with caramel, dark honey, fig, and toasted oak unfolding slowly, gentle spice through the middle. Long and warming with vanilla, baking spice, and a soft chocolate note.
Food Pairing
Sip neat in a snifter, on a single rock, or in an Añejo Old Fashioned. Pairs with grilled steak, dark chocolate, or a post-meal cigar.
