Rollover To Zoom
Chateau Magrez Fombrauge Blanc is a rare white from Bernard Magrez's Saint-Emilion estate, grown on the Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes terroir and blended from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sauvignon Gris. The kosher Bordeaux Blanc Sec under the OK is one of the most serious kosher whites of the region.
Mood: Pristine, mineral, Bordeaux.
Tasting Notes
Apple tart, ripe pear, white peach, coriander seed, and waxed lemon zest. Zippy stone fruit and orchard apple over a creamy mid-palate, with bright citrus acidity and a chalky mineral spine. Long, dry, and refreshing with a mouth-watering saline finish.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with grilled branzino, herb-roasted chicken, gefilte fish, creamy fettuccine, or a Shavuos dairy spread. Serve well chilled.
