A precise, fine-grained bouquet of blackberry, raspberry, and crisp strawberry, with subtle marine minerality. The palate is composed and refined, with an almost Burgundian silkiness and a powerful, intense finish - cohesive and built to keep evolving.

Dry-aged ribeye, slow-braised short rib, roast lamb, duck confit, and aged hard cheeses. A wine for the head of the table at a milestone seuda.
