Rollover To Zoom
Scotland's cult cucumber-and-rose gin in the party-size 1.75L bottle. Built around eleven botanicals plus signature cucumber and Bulgarian rose infusions, distilled in small batches in Girvan, Ayrshire.
Mood: Floral, fresh, unmistakable.
Tasting notes
Nose lifts with cucumber, rose petal, and a soft coriander warmth. Palate is clean and rounded — juniper present but never sharp — with citrus peel, chamomile, and a whisper of caraway. Finish is long, cool, and lightly floral, with the cucumber lingering through the last sip.
Pairing
The benchmark for a cucumber gin and tonic with Fever-Tree and a wheel of cucumber. Equally at home in a Martini, Negroni, or French 75 when you want a softer floral lift than a London Dry delivers.
