Rollover To Zoom
Nearly two decades in cask give The Singleton 18 a deep, contemplative character — heavy on sherry-cask richness, with the polish that only time in oak delivers.
Mood: Mature, opulent, contemplative
Our sommelier says
A grown-up Speysider for slow evenings.
Tasting notes
Stewed dark fruit, toffee, leather, polished oak. Plum, fig, dark chocolate, clove, deep sherry sweetness. Very long, warming, with dried fruit and oak tannin.
Food pairing
Neat after a long meal, alongside dark chocolate or a fine cigar.
