On the palate, juicy ripe raspberries, black cherries and strawberries, as well as pink grapefruit, perfectly echoing the nose. Very clean, refined, rich ripe fruit, with a delicate touch of yeasty bitterness balancing out the medium-plus acidity and the fruit on the long and elegant finish. Beautiful rosé Champagne!
