Flam Rose

 This Rose is made from 100% Cabernet Franc that were cold soaked on the skins to extract extra color and flavor, and then cold fermented to add flavor and aroma. The appearance is a pink-orange that is bright and nearly translucent. The aroma is very citrusy with lots of grapefruit and nectarine in the aroma. The wine has a very pleasant and light mouth feel with good acids that fade slightly. Stronger alcohol presents towards the back of the palate making this very dry refreshment. Chill for optimal enjoyment. This is a vegan wine.
