Samson leads with Shiraz swagger and finishes with Cab structure. Decant an hour and serve with lamb.
Tasting notes
Black plum, cracked pepper and dark chocolate on the nose. Palate is full-bodied with juicy dark fruit, firm tannin and spice. Finish is long with warming pepper.
Food pairing
A natural pour for lamb chops, grilled ribeye, brisket, or shakshuka. Also holds up to heavy Shabbos meat courses.
