Rollover To Zoom
Tura Mountain Vista Heartland Blend is a serious Samaria red — a blend of several varieties aged 12 months in French oak, mevushal, from Tura's Rehelim estate.
Mood: Oak. Ripe. Serious.
Our sommelier says
Twelve months in French oak gives this Heartland Blend real spine. Decant a full hour and serve with brisket.
Tasting notes
Ripe blackcurrant, plum and toasted oak on the nose. Palate is full-bodied with layered dark fruit, firm tannin and a lift of vanilla. Finish is long with soft spice.
Food pairing
Built for grilled ribeye, roast lamb, brisket, cholent, or aged hard cheeses.
