Rollover To Zoom
Baglietti Brut Rosé is the dry kosher Prosecco Rosé from Veneto, finished in Baglietti's cut-glass bottle with a soft pink crown. Mevushal, 11% ABV, certified by the Badatz Edah HaChareidis.
Mood: Pink, dry, festive.
Sommelier's Note
The dry rosé sparkling that looks better on the table than half the wines on it. Cold and crisp — built for a sheva brachos or a summer kiddush.
Tasting Notes
Lifted aromatics of wild strawberry, ripe cherry, and a flicker of citrus zest. The palate is dry and finely beaded with red berry, white peach, and a clean acid line. The finish is crisp and clean with a soft strawberry echo.
Food Pairing
Pour for kiddush, salmon tartare, salatim, or a fruit dessert. Serve at 8–10°C.
