Tasting Notes
Violet, jasmine, rose petal, ripe wild peach, lychee, a hint of blood orange. Velvety and full for a Provence rosé, layered red fruit and stone fruit over a saline mineral core, intense acidity holding everything taut. Long, perfumed, and dry — built to age, but drinking beautifully now.

Niçoise salad, grilled branzino, herb-roasted chicken, charcuterie board, mezze platter, Shabbos lunch on the terrace.
