Rollover To Zoom
A cheeky sparkling rosé from Dalton's Galilee vineyards that finishes fermenting in the bottle. Natural, unfiltered, and a touch cloudy on purpose — the bubbles come from the wine itself.
Mood: Effervescent, fruity, fun.
Tasting notes
Blood orange, strawberry, raspberry and a wisp of citrus blossom. Crisp, refreshing acidity with big lively bubbles and bright red berry. Dry, clean and low in sulfur, with the natural-wine looseness Pét Nat fans love.
Food pairing
Built for kiddush, brunch shakshuka, sushi night, mezze boards and any low-stress aperitivo.
