Tasting Notes
Bright red cherry, raspberry, violet, a whisper of oak and dried liquorice. Medium-bodied and elegant with vivacious red fruit, silky tannins, and high-tone acidity that gives the wine life and bounce through the middle. Long and refined with a velvety liquorice fade and gentle oak spice.
Food Pairing
Standing rib roast, lamb shank, duck breast, hard aged cheeses, or a Yom Tov meal where the wine carries the table.
