Rollover To Zoom
A Speyside benchmark matured in a marriage of American and European oak casks for at least eighteen years. The result is a rich, layered single malt with the depth of dried orchard fruit and the gloss of toasted oak.
Mood: layered, rich, polished
Tasting notes
Dried apricot, sultana, orange peel and warm baking spice over a thread of polished oak. Honeyed and mouth-filling with stewed fruit, marzipan and a vein of dark cocoa. Long and gently spiced with lingering oak and bittersweet citrus.
Food pairing
A natural after-dinner pour with aged hard cheese, dark chocolate, or a quiet cigar on the porch.
