Bartenura's Rosato Moscato turned into a 10-inch freeze pop, twelve to a canister. Freeze them solid and snip the tip — the bungalow-colony, day-camp-pickup, hot-Sunday-afternoon wine. Same Pavia Muscat fruit, same sparkly sweetness, served frozen.

Tasting notes

Strawberry sorbet, watermelon, a candied pink-grapefruit lift. Slushy and gently sweet — melon, ripe berry, a soft Moscato fizz that survives the freeze. Sips like a grown-up freeze pop, not a wine cocktail. Finishes cold and clean; the low alcohol keeps things easy in the heat.

Food pairing

Pure summer-pool, day-camp pickup, sukkah afternoon when the heat won't break. Great solo, or alongside fruit and rugelach for a casual kiddush.
