Rollover To Zoom
Adir Kerem Ben Zimra Marselan Rose is a light, expressive pink from the Adir family winery in the village of Kerem Ben Zimra, high in the Upper Galilee. The Marselan grape gives the wine a distinctive perfumed edge, and the mevushal treatment lets it pour freely at the Shabbos table without compromise.
Mood: Bright, floral, refreshing.
Tasting Notes
The nose explodes with strawberries, rose leaves, and red grapefruit. The palate carries strawberries and raspberries with refreshing acidity and a medium body. The finish is long, clean, and dry.
Food Pairing
Serve well-chilled with grilled chicken, salmon, sushi, or a warm-weather kiddush spread. Also fine as an aperitif before the first course.
