Tasting notes
The nose lifts delicate florals, exotic citrus, and a zesty stone fruit note over a soft mineral edge. The palate is dry and vibrant, with orchard fruit, tart apple, and a lively citrus lift carried by refreshing acidity. The finish is long, saline, and mineral-driven, with a lingering fruit note that keeps the last sip inviting.
Food pairing
A natural pour with grilled fish, sushi, herb salads, dairy Shabbos lunches, and Mediterranean seafood. Also holds up to soft cheeses and light pastas.
