Rollover To Zoom
Psagot Jewel is a Judean Hills flagship red — grapes hand-harvested from the winery's finest plots of their highest-quality vineyards, then aged 24 months in 300L barrels of both French and Hungarian oak. A liquid perfume of rich, elegant, caressing complexity.
Mood: Elegant, opulent, refined.
Tasting Notes
The nose displays lifted and rich fruit, well-integrated and perfectly balanced by the dual oak treatment. The palate is big, mouth-filling, and layered with rich red fruit. Tannins are elegant and caressing with real complexity. The finish is long, refined, and lingering.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with meat-based dishes — Shabbos brisket, rack of lamb, prime rib, and slow-braised short ribs. Also fine with hard aged cheeses.
