The Shiloh Shor series is a set of single-varietal reds from the Shiloh Winery in the Shomron. The Shor Cabernet Sauvignon is aged 15 months in French oak, giving it rich tannins and a long finish over its luscious full-bodied core.

Tasting Notes
Fragrant black fruit aromas lift out of the glass. The palate is layered with cherry, cassis, and plum, followed by vanilla, licorice, and hints of spice and pepper. The finish is long and structured, closing on cedar and dark chocolate.
Food Pairing
A natural for Shabbos brisket, grilled ribeye, and rack of lamb. Also handles pepper-crusted steak, roasted duck, or a rich mushroom dish.
