Rollover To Zoom
Sonoma Loeb Dignitary Cabernet Sauvignon is a mevushal Sonoma County Cab crafted from grapes grown at the base of Chalk Hill, where a warmer microclimate and volcanic soils ripen the fruit deep. Aged unfiltered for eighteen months in French oak, this is one of the finer California kosher reds on the market.
Mood: Rich. Structured. Sonoma.
Tasting notes
The nose opens with ripe blackberry, black cherry, and cocoa lifted by a subtle cedar and vanilla oak note. The palate is full-bodied and layered, with dark-fruit richness, sweet spice, tobacco, and firm ripe tannins carried by long French-oak weight. The finish is long and structured, with cocoa, cedar, and a lingering dark-berry note.
Food pairing
Reserve it for dry-aged steak, rack of lamb, prime rib, and rich Yom Tov brisket. Also holds up to hard aged cheeses and slow-braised short ribs.
