Rollover To Zoom
Tishbi Vineyards Petit Verdot is an unusual solo-varietal bottling of a grape usually reserved for blending. Grown by the Tishbi family in Zichron Ya'akov, it's medium-bodied, smooth, and certified vegan.
Mood: Concentrated, smooth, friendly.
Tasting Notes
Concentrated flavors of plum, blackberries, and ripe cherries lift out of the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins carrying a plush core of dark fruit. The finish is smooth, clean, and lingering.
Food Pairing
A natural for Shabbos brisket, grilled ribeye, herb-crusted lamb, or a slow-cooked cholent. Also handles a rich mushroom risotto or a cheese board.
